Every season I love to switch out the decor in my bedroom. This year for my winter Christmas decor I decided to focus mostly on textiles and colors rather than actual Christmas decor.

Christmas Decor
The only Christmas decor that ended up in my room was an adorable driftwood wreath. Other than that I really focused on a more cozy style with dark fabrics and texture.
Bedding
For the bedding, I kept it really simple. I used a similar to this one to keep it cozy with the dark sheets (color pebble) and duvet cover. Don’t be afraid of going dark. As long as you’re balancing out with other cozy textures it will never look stiff!
Textured Accents
I added a chunky throw on the end of the bed for an extra bit of texture you can never have enough! I also love the decorative pillows I added the fringe edging is so cute.
Window and Floor Treatments
I swapped out my favorite rust curtains for some dark green curtains! The green is such a beautiful winter look and I love how they look against our warm white walls. The last thing we did was add a dark rug. I love how this rug is contrasted against gray. It keeps it interesting while also working well with the rest of the room.
