Pink Front Door – New Wireless Security System with Cameras

This Spring front porch really needed a lot of love. I usually don’t do change the decor on my front porch after Christmas until Spring. I walked up to my front porch last week and decided it needed some major love. Having a fun space right as you walk into the door sets your mood right away. I have re-done our front porch several times over the years just for a little refresh. I’m also excited about our new wireless doorbell camera. Let’s just say I’ve been spending a lot of time playing with it this weekend!

My front door has been pink for over two years now! I’ve painted it a few different shades of pink, coral pink, blush pink, and even salmon pink! I just love a bright pink front door! Especially here in Florida, I think it gives a fun coastal feel. Cloud Storage Best Wireless Security Cameras

My all-time favorite thing though about my new security system is cloud storage. Unlike other security systems, which offer cloud storage and a monthly subscription, you feel the leaves are up to the owner as an option and not a requirement. I love that I can have flexibility with my budget while still having a quality camera. Plus without having cloud storage, I know that no one will be able to see things that are going inside my home except for me since the files are kept with local storage for 3 months! Bright Pink Front Door Details

I added a few new touches for spring on my front door other than my security camera! I decided to limewash the brick in front of my door. I hadn’t ever done this before but I love that limewash is non-toxic and gives a more rustic look! I also added two black metal nesting tables with a cute pot of succulents on top. My front door gets really hot so having plants that won’t burn is an absolute must! Succulents do great in full sun.

Spring Home Decor

I always incorporate different textures in my home which is why I love this braided doormat. It brings so much texture and looks great against the new limewash brick. It’s always fun to compare this year’s spring door to last year’s spring door. I added some spring flowers to a hanging rattan basket. Lastly, I put a Spring grass in a cement planter. Even though the front porch area is small I still have a lot of different elements to work with!
