Halloween is one of my favorite holidays! I don’t know what it is about dressing up and being goofy but I love it. My parents always planned fun Halloween costumes when we were kids! I remember one year my mom dressed us up all as Frankenstein and put milk jugs on our heads. Carter and I have had some fun Halloween costumes in the past, and this year was a total hit! Find links to the costumes on Amazon!

Halloween Costume
This is the fourth year Carter and I have dressed up for Halloween. We’ve gone as… Baby Shark, Ariel, scuttle, and Max, and last year for Halloween we dressed up as dumb and dumber! Dressing up for Halloween doesn’t have to be stressful and being creative is fun. I usually spend money on wigs and hit up Goodwill for the rest. However, this year I did purchase a few other things from Amazon to make the costume look as authentic as possible.
Tina the Llama
Of course, Bruce had to go as Tina the llama. He is wearing an adult pajama onesie with an attached llama head. Bruce is a big boy so we had to cut the suit a little bit to make sure it fit.
Napoleon and Pedro Halloween Costume
Carter, of course, went as Napoleon since it’s uncanny, how much they look alike! Of course, it’s all in the facial expressions as well! For Carter’s boots, I picked up an old pair of leggings from Goodwill, cut off the legs, and wrap them around boots he already owned. I shoved towels at the top and wrapped the boots with string to make him look like the ones from the movie.
My outfit was pretty easy! I wore Carter’s cowboy boots and drew on a cute little mustache with mascara.
Halloween is so much fun and if you haven’t dressed up in a while I urge you to come up with something fun and just do it!
