Greek Beef Pita in 15 Minutes
Who doesn't love a good meat pie? These Greek Beef Pitas are easy and delcious for any quick meal!

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 chopped white onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 tbsp Greek seasoning
- 6 pieces pita breads
- 1/2 cup feta
Tomato and Cucumber Side Salad
- 1 package cherry tomatos
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp greek seasoning
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
Sauces
- Greek garlic dip
- tazihki sauce
Ground Beef Filling
Add tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat on the stove top. Sauté your white onions until transparent. About 3 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Add ground beef to your onion and garlic pan. Chop up the ground beef and add Greek seasoning over the meat. Brown the meat.
Pitas
Slice pitas in half and nuke them in the oven or microwave. We don’t have a microwave so I usually wrap them in foil and place them in the oven for about five minutes.
Add your sauces to the inside of your pitas and fill with ground beef and top with feta cheese.
